Paul Dick
Elder, Planting Pastor
Hi, I’m Paul.
My wife, Faith, and I moved to McDowell County in 2016 to serve with Young Life, and now we’re raising our four kids here. We love this community and are grateful to call it home. I still serve with YL and teach in the schools from time to time.
It’s a joy to serve at Reclamation—teaching the Bible, growing in faith, and seeking the good of our county. I’d love to connect, whether to pray, talk, or simply share life together.

Hi, I’m Tate.
My wife, Mandy, and I have four kids and love calling McDowell County home. Originally from Columbus, I’ve served in local schools as a coach and now as a guidance counselor at Mount View Middle.
I love God’s Word, talking about Jesus, and helping people find their identity in Him. One of my favorite reminders is: “God is changing family trees one person at a time.”
Randall Rowe
Elder - Finances & Stewardship
Hi, I’m Randall.
I was born and raised here in McDowell County, and now my wife, Marlee, and I are raising our two kids in Welch. I serve with the local post office and alongside Marlee in Young Life, sharing Jesus with high school students. We love our team!
At Reclamation, I help oversee our finances and love encouraging people to get life on track God’s way. I also enjoy good conversations, podcasts about life and God, and spending time with my family.
Erica Nolan
Launch Lead, RC Kids
Hi, I’m Erica.
I have the privilege of serving as our launch lead for RC Kids, our Sunday morning ministry for children. After worship, kids gather in classrooms right next to the sanctuary.
Our leaders are trained, background-checked, and excited to spend time with kids! We love teaching about the love of Jesus and the good news of the Gospel for people of every age.
Our heart as a church is to help the whole body grow healthy and strong—from the littlest ones to the adults. Please reach out anytime with questions.

The Discipleship Process
Gather, Grow & Go.
God is calling us to live Reclaimed lives for the glory of Jesus. We see our discipleship process as being threefold – that there are three simple elements to how healthy disciples of Jesus live out their life and calling. They are Gather, Grow, and Go.
Together they form a circle because we believe that living as a disciple of Jesus is an ongoing process. As we gather together, grow in our friendships and faith, and go live out our lives for Christ, we believe that God will receive glory for changing lives and our community will see Jesus shining bright.
DOCTRINE
WE BELIEVE…
IN THE GODHEAD.
We believe in the one true God who lives eternally in three persons — the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
IN GOD THE FATHER.
We believe in the love, grace, and sovereignty of God in creating, sustaining, ruling, redeeming, and judging the world for His own glory.
IN THE AUTHORITY OF THE SCRIPTURES.
We believe in the divine inspiration and supreme authority of the Old and New Testament Scriptures, which are the written Word of God — fully trustworthy for faith and life.
IN THE PURPOSE & DIGNITY OF HUMANITY.
We believe in the dignity of all people, made male and female in God’s image to glorify and love Him, love their neighbors, and care for creation. Yet, they are corrupted by sin, which incurs divine wrath and judgement.
IN THE REBELLION & SIN OF HUMANITY.
We believe in the representative sin of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden to the immediate and eternal detriment of mankind. All people are born into sin, and by choosing the way of sin, are now broken-hearted by pain, fear, and sorrow as they fumble their way towards death.
IN THE INCARNATION OF JESUS.
We believe in the incarnation of God’s eternal Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. He was born of the virgin Mary and was truly divine and truly human, yet without sin.
IN THE SACRIFICIAL DEATH OF JESUS.
We believe in the atoning sacrifice of Christ on the cross — dying in our place, paying the price of sin, defeating evil, and so reconciling us with God.
IN JUSTIFICATION BY GRACE ALONE.
We believe in the mediation of Jesus as the only Savior of the world, and the justification of sinners solely by the grace of God through faith in Christ, as revealed by the gospel.
IN THE PHYSICAL RESURRECTION & REIGN OF JESUS.
We believe in the bodily resurrection of Christ and the fruits of the resurrection. He ascended to the Father, is reigning as the King of the world, and is making mediation as the only Savior of the world.
IN THE WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.
We believe in the immediacy and practical potency of the work of God the Holy Spirit. The Spirit leads people to repentance, unites us with Christ through new birth, empowers our discipleship, enlivens our ministry in the church through manifold gifts, and enables our gospel witness in the world.
IN THE CHURCH OF KING JESUS.
We believe the church is the body of Christ, both local and universal. We believe in the priesthood of all believers — they are given life by the Spirit and endowed by Him with gifts to worship God, mature in faith, and proclaim the gospel. In this, the church promotes justice and love in the world.
IN THE RETURN OF KING JESUS & THE RENEWAL OF ALL THINGS.
We believe in the personal and visible return of Jesus Christ to fulfill the purposes of God. He will raise all people to judgement, bringing eternal life to the redeemed and eternal condemnation to the lost. He will also establish a new heaven and a new earth, restoring the chaos brought about by sin to the happy order of God’s glory in His renewed creation.
